Category Orderと操作感そのまま同じでTaxonomyにも対応している並び替えプラグイン

Order Categories and all custom taxonomies terms (hierarchically) using a Drag and Drop Sortable javascript capability. No Theme update is required the code will change the query on the fly.If multiple taxonomies are created for a custom post type, a menu will allow to chose the one need to be sorted. If child categories (terms) are defined, those can be ordered too using the same interface.

WordPressはカテゴリの名前の順に並べる法則を持っていて、デフォルトのままだとカテゴリーの並べ替えができません。
以前使っていた Category Order と内容的には同じですが、Taxonomyにも対応していることと、何よりこちらのほうが新しいし更新頻度も多いので、こちらに乗り換えるのがおすすめです。

使い方も同じで簡単

有効化するとダッシュボードのメニューに追加されるので、そこから設定画面に移動します。ドラッグアンドドロップでカテゴリの位置を移動できます。親カテゴリ・子カテゴリとも、それぞれを自由に並べ替えることができます。

他のプラグイン同様、WordPress管理画面 ＞ プラグイン ＞ 新規追加 ＞「Category Order and Taxonomy Terms Order」で検索
